1. Current Status – Waitlist Phase
SiteOf is currently in a waitlist-only phase.
- No purchases or subscriptions are available at this time.
- As such, no payments are being accepted and no refunds are applicable during this period.
2. Subscription Tiers (Upon Launch)
Once SiteOf is publicly available, it will offer the following tiers:
- Free Tier: Access to core features at no cost.
- Pro Tier (estimated $5–$8/month): Access to premium features designed for advanced personalization and power users.
3. Refund Eligibility (Post Launch)
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time once a billing cycle begins.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will remain until the end of your billing period.
- Accidental Charges or Billing Issues: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at sudip@siteof.me within 7 days of the charge. We'll review your request and issue a refund if appropriate.
4. No Refunds for Feature Expectations
Since SiteOf is a continuously evolving platform, we do not offer refunds based on unmet feature expectations. We encourage you to explore the Free Tier before upgrading.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy as the product evolves. All changes will be posted on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
